Provide a rationale for your ratings. #3 Repsond to my classmates' post below I think you have learned a great skill of listening especially when working as a leader. It is good to hear what others have to say all the way and not always assume things. I am glad we all got a lot of information from this course. I also believe diversity and communication skills are useful in the workplace overall especially nowadays with companies having different types of individuals and cultures employed.
