Homework: Demographics Survey
For your project, you will provide your chosen community's Emergency Management officials with a report outlining information on threats and hazards, critical infrastructure, demographics and identifying planning representatives, they will need to create and complete a Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan (CEMP). Your CEMP research report will require several steps in order to complete it.
For your project, you will research the US Census and Labor Statistics and any other sources for your community. For this homework, you will use the Census Form Project Homework Census Form to provide the data requested for your community. You are welcome to add the percentages to the chart instead of creating another template.
To complete this homework, using your source websites, investigate the following data for your community:
1. population,
2. ethnicity and race,
3. poverty level,
4. educational level for adults,
5. high and low incomes,
6. occupations (skilled and unskilled),
7. # of seniors and other vulnerable populations, etc.
Format your homework according to the give formatting requirements:
1. The answer must be double spaced, typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the course title, the student's name, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
