Problem: You are the Chief Innovation Officer of a large organization and creating a roadmap for the CEO and Board-of-Directors to fund an innovation idea. The roadmap will identify two or more options to realize your innovative idea. Hopefully, one would be selected for prototyping.
The CEO and Board should be able to read your roadmap in 5-10 minutes to decide whether to fund it or not, therefore it needs to be concise. Be sure to organize your roadmap in following sections, which will be used as evaluation. Each section should be 100 words or less. You can include any additional figures or tables as applicable.
