What would you do if an employee was consistently late from lunch?
a) Provide sufficient details to enable role players to understand the people in the conflict as well as the situation confronting them.
b) The case should not suggest who is right or wrong. Present it such that two legitimate points of view are held. Remember that an observer of a conflict may draw conclusions about who is at fault, but each person in the conflict perceived him/herself as behaving properly under the circumstances.
c) Only two people should be involved in a conflict scenario.
