People v Kurr address the defense of Use of Deadly Force to Protect Others. This is an unusual use of this defense based upon the facts of the case.
It is important to emphasize that though the Case Brief is meant to be just that, brief, it does not mean it is short. A solid case brief should be a little long. You need to provide sufficient detail about the facts of the case, the opinion of the court, and most importantly, your comments of what the court's decision means to the law of defense regarding the use of deadly force to defend others to society in general.
