For this Homework, choose a leader you are familiar with. This could be a leader in your organization or a leader in an organization in which you are familiar. Then, analyze the leader in regards to the following:

Evaluate the leader's strengths and weaknesses in these seven different categories, and then provide specific details and examples for each category. Finally, create an improvement plan for the areas in which this leader has some opportunities for improvement.
