Homework: Project Execution, Control, and Closure Proposal
Overview
This is the of three homework that, as a whole, will cover all aspects of the project life cycle relevant to your selected project.
At this point, your project sponsor has approved your project proposal and has asked you to come up with a proposal for the execution, control, and closure for the project.
Requirements
Write a 4 to 6 pages paper in which you:
a. Provide a brief summary of your project.
b. Identify and discuss your project's greatest challenges (at least three) and provide a recommendation for addressing each of the challenges.
c. Examine how you manage your project performance via earned value management (EVM).
d. Identify at least three key EVM metrics you will use for your project.
e. Discuss your plan to properly close your project when it is over.
Format your homework according to the give formatting requirements:
a. The answer must be double spaced, typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
b. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the course title, the student's name, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
c. Also include a reference page. The references and Citations should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
