As Unix/Linux system Administrator, you are required to backup the company's MySQL database and /home/users folder on daily and monthly basis. In conjunction with the schedule use cron and/or crond services to backup this database and an indicated folder above with the following conditions:

b. The weekly backup job runs from Monday to Friday at 9:50 PM and monthly job runs on the first day of each month at 10:00 PM;

c. For security reasons, this backup job should run under other username instead of root username.
