Provide an overall summary of how your team formed in relation to the information you have been provided about team developmental stages. Provide a comparison of your team's development with that described in DeJanasz et al (2014), p 242 - 244, and analyse whether your team formation was typical or atypical.
Ensure you outline the identifiable stages your team experienced during the period of the assignment and explain why you believe the team passed through those stages, providing concise examples of events or situations that occurred to support your analysis and comparing them to the definition of that stage. Include reference to any stages that you believe were missed, and the reasons for this.
