The written assignment is an evaluation of an organizational employee rewards program as provided through a company website. To complete this evaluation, you are asked to review the website of an organization and complete an evaluative report addressing the strengths and weaknesses of the organization's rewards program.
The evaluative report should include the following features:
I. Provide background information on the organization being evaluated:
a. Type of business
b. History
c. Mission Statement
d. Organizational Philosophy
e. Company size
II. Explain the corporate culture of the organization
a. Provide information on the work environment (review news releases on the website, press releases, news centers on the website)
b. Explain the organization's values
c. Provide information on perks and benefits that are provided
d. Explain how these perks and benefits can be classified
e. Do the perks and benefits support the organization's mission statement and/or values and corporate responsibility statements?
III. Based on your evaluation, conclude the written assignment addressing the strengths and weaknesses of the reward system of the organization. End your evaluation explaining whether the reward system would motivate you to work at the organization.
