You are representing a form of bioenergy (solar and wind are NOT forms of bioenergy) and competing with the corn ethanol industry (or lobbyists) for funding. Choose a form of bioenergy that you would like to represent. Make your argument as to why the government should provide funding for your form of bioenergy over corn ethanol.
