Discussion Post: Efforts of the Leader
Change initiatives often fail despite the best efforts of the leader. People's level of commitment and person engagement are often determined by understanding why, how, and what the change is and what it means for them personally. Provide an example of resistance to change that you have experienced and analyze why it happened and what the leader could or should have done to deal with it.
The response must include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citations.
