Problem: I need to find a primary study to provide evidence for a policy I am writing for my capstone project. I have been unable to find anything within the last five years that will suit. I am hoping that maybe you can help. My policy will be about improving the safety of mental health patients in the emergency department. I also want to improve the documentation of these patients. Hourly rounding, suicide assessments every 12 hours.
