A. Analyze cases. Students will: (a) Clearly identify case (b) Provide business guidance based upon an analysis and legal understanding of the case, (c) Clearly state what course of action should be taken based upon the legal issues raised.
B. Sources: Written assignments should use no less than 3 outside, academic or legal sources (generic websites like investopedia.com are not legitimate sources).
C. Professional, academic Writing Style: Written assignments should be: (a) Double-spaced. (b) no less than 1000 words, and (c) use a proper citation format.
The response must include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citations.
