In addition to answering the tax/financial accounting questions of the case,
1. In the narration of the analysis (the start point), provide at least three journal article citations about the history of the case (for each case) - so 6 in total, or how the general rules of accounting described in the article would be applied to a case like this.
2. Use either Circular 230 OR AICPA Code of Professional Code and find at least two possible violations of ethical codes that "could" happen (assume a practitioner who is unethical or uninformed)
