Final Capstone Project Outline

As with all well-researched and organized writing, your topic (first) sentences of your paragraphs contain the major ideas of paper. Therefore, this outline can be used in the construction of the body of your Final Capstone Project.

Thesis:
The U.S. prison system should be based on rehabilitation instead of punishment. Statistics show that 43% of offenders that are release they re-offend within the first 5 years, they need help to re enter the community where they committed the offense.
