a) A common conflict that occurs in the workplace happens with employee evaluations when employees think they have not been evaluated fairly. Determine what, if any, benefits there are to going through this conflict and why this happens.
b) Provide an example of your organization's employee evaluation process and/or delineate the 'perfect' employee evaluation process.
c) Respond to at least one of your classmates content, length, and substance. Comment on their proposed explanation.
The response should include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space and APA style of writing and citations.
