Instructions
Research organizational employee grievance procedures. You can use the Internet, Virtual Library, or other resources to obtain information. After information is gathered, answer the following questions:
1) Provide a summary of the organization's grievance procedures.
2) After reviewing the information concerning grievance procedures from the textbook, do the grievance procedures for the chosen organization follow appropriate guidelines as outlined in the chapter? How are the procedures the same/different?
3) Do you agree with the organization's grievance procedures? Why or why not?
4) What are some potential issues with the organization's grievance procedures?
