Quantifying risk requires us to examine both impact and probability of occurrence.
• Provide a scenario of a one week vacation to a place where you would like to go.
• Then complete a risk assessment for the trip.
• Then quantify each risk in terms of probability and impact.
• Share with you colleagues.
Team evaluate and comment on the work of at least two of your colleagues efforts.
