Problem: Select a purchasing decision for yourself or a specific target group/customer tribe. Provide a general description of that purchasing decision and then what would a systems flow chart for the omni-channel environment surrounding that decision be. This chart should demonstrate the customer journey along the entire product lifecycle and purchasing process from their vantage point. Be sure to include descriptions (a narrative) for each point and a key or legend describing each key factor/decision point!
