Project Assignment
Considering a business situation, identify and select potential IT projects, provide a framework for project prioritization and selection. Structure the project according to the work breakdown structure (WBS) considering 50 activities and tasks.
Take the initial project created, expand to 200 tasks, build the detailed dependencies; identify risks, identify stakeholders; plan for closure. Plan for management of change and cultural impact. Build a Powerpoint or Word document to describe the project in detail, explain the scope, list key success factors, create the training and development plan.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
