Project Homework
For this homework, you will review current research in Personality and provide a critical evaluation of that personality research through an annotated bibliography.
Step A: Choose two of the major personality perspectives:
1. Psychodynamic (use different articles than used for Project)
2. Behavioral
3. Cognitive
4. Humanistic
5. Evolution
6. Trait Theories
Step B:
1. Find three journal articles related to each topic area you have chosen. (Your textbook, Wikipedia, or any other Web source will not be accepted for this homework.) Be sure the articles you choose are related to personality. Merely because a word like "Psychoanalytic" appears in the title does not mean the article is about a psychoanalytic theory of personality.
2. The journal articles have to be from peer-reviewed scholarly journals. These articles do not need to be empirical studies, but are required to be from primary sources, and will need to be no older than 5-6 years.
Step C: Complete the annotated bibliography including:
1. A 1 to 2 paragraph written summary for each article.
2. A 1 to 2 paragraph evaluation for each article including an analysis that incorporates course readings.
3. Correct spelling, grammar, and professional vocabulary.
Format your homework according to the give formatting requirements:
1. The answer must be double spaced, typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the course title, the student's name, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also include a reference page. The references and Citations should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
