Prior to beginning work on this discussion forum, read Chapters 9 through 11 in the course textbook and review the web pages, How We Do It and Videos.
Provide a brief summary of the IMF, including its purpose, Special Drawing Rights (SDR), and the Jamaica agreement as well as any other pertinent information. Go to the IMF's web page, How We Do It.
Watch at least one video from the IMF video page and review at least one "popular data latest update" report Report back to the class on what information you gathered from these two IMF sources. According to the information you reviewed on the IMF pages, what is your view on the current global monetary state? Support your answer with at least one credible, recent source in addition to the course textbook.
The response should include a reference list. Using double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
