Projects and Project Selection

Projects: Provide a brief description of a project you have been involved in, including the products, services or results created. (Everyone has participated in some type of project at work, home, school or the community.) Describe the characteristics of your project that actually define it as a project.
Project Selection: Name at least three (3) criteria your organization may consider when selecting a project? Why did you select these criteria? Does each criteria have equal consideration or does some criteria weigh more heavily?
