Part I: The first section of the paper reflects your ability to practice social work at the Macro Level. Imagine that the Mayor has requested your help in bringing about changes in this community. Utilizing the CSWE Competencies 6-9, describe your plan for bringing about change in this community; (1) Describe how you would engage with the community (2) What is your assessment of the issues of the community (3) describe your methods of interventions for the community (4) How would you evaluate the effectiveness of your intervention. Please review the practice behaviors that accompany each of the four social work competencies. Lastly, as a result of completing this section, describe what you are now able to do (i.e., practice behaviors).

1. Provide a 2-page discussion on the leadership styles of two characters in the film.
