The U.S. Supreme Court highlighted studies that showed men working in the factory also placed their potential offspring at risk because the lead exposure negatively affected sperm. Reexamine the factory's policy in light of this evidence, and determine whether or not it is morally justifiable to prevent women, who could reproduce, from working in the factory while simultaneously permitting men, who could reproduce, to keep their jobs.
