Problem:
Much Environmental Law is now international in scope. Many reasonable people view turning U.S. business policy over to international tribunals and treaties to set what U.S. businesses can and cannot do as problematic. How should U.S. foreign policy balance the needs to be a responsible partner in the world economy with the need to adequately protect the reasonable interests of U.S. business?
