As an employee of a company you will be required to follow policies that are designed to protect the company and the employees. Most of the policies do not consider the personal or political belief of the employees. However, people have their own beliefs and in many cases the employee’s belief may not align with the company policies. Discuss what you would do if you were asked to support company policies that were in conflict with your personal belief.
