The proposed project should be a needed practice change based on research and application of a chosen theoretical model based upon current nursing and healthcare literature. Consider the needs of your current practice and patient population and what one project, if implemented, could lead to improved patient outcomes. This project must impact patient care in a clinical setting of your choice. Identify your project and prepare a proposal for implementation of this change for the proposed audience.
