Propose a strategy human resource managers should adopt in order to ensure employees know they can voice their ethical concerns up the chain of command without fear of retaliation.
Use the Internet or Strayer Library to locate one article on the current state of memberships in labor unions in the U.S. (Note: Select an article that has been published within the last three to five years.) Next, determine whether you agree or disagree that unions add value to a health care organization. Provide support for your position.
