Activity: Texas Taxes: Who Pays: Assume that you would like to make Texas a less regressive tax state. Using the information in these sources and the information in the background, propose a re-shuffling of the tax system that would make Texas less regressive. Now compare Texas to another state of your choosing and compare their method of taxation?
