Proportion of employees


A corporation offers six different health plans to its employees. Each year the corporation offers them opportunity to switch plans. In 2002, 15% of all employees switched from one plan to another. With all of emphasis upon health plans this year, the corporation thinks that the higher proportion of employees will switch. A random sample of 125 employees is chosen, and 25 indicate that they will switch plans in 2003. Based upon the data, is the proportion of employees who switch plans significantly higher in 2003? Run the appropriate test at 5% level of significance.
