The prevalence of tuberculosis in cows is known to be 6%. In a randomly chosen sample of 100 cows from a herd of 5000, seven were found to have tuberculosis.
Test at the 5% level if the proportion of cows with tuberculosis in the herd from which this sample is drawn is 6%.
