What stage of development do you believe this group to be in currently? Explain
Since this was the 5th meeting, I believe we are in the performing stage. We seem to be comfortable with each other which may lead to us being out of the norming phase, but I still think we are not all ready to open up. I felt like I was trying to act the part of a facilitator, as in acting like in a play. I personally am not used to running therapy sessions and never have officially, only in school.
