The Project Plan Outline must be carefully constructed, as it is the controlling document for the creation of an information system and the expenditure of resources. Project managers must work with the various project stakeholders (e.g. managers, end users, clients, customers, etc.) to determine all internal and external constraints and restraints on the development effort as well as the scope and general requirements for the system itself.
In Week 1, you formed your groups and began formulating section 1.0 Goals and Objectives of the Project Plan Outline. It is expected that this section of the Project Plan Outline will be three to four pages in length.
As you progress through this course, you will receive feedback from your Instructor. As you revise all sections of your Group Project:
Project Plan Outline, make sure that you track and note the changes in the revision history portion of the Project Plan Outline.
To complete this Group Project 1: Goals and Objectives: Submit your Group Project 1: Goals and Objectives. Components of this section should include: .The first page of the project plan is the title page. .The second page contains a revision history. You must maintain a revision history of the project plan.
All changes made must be indicated in the revision history. Your group needs to develop a strategy to maintain all changes to the Project Plan Outline.

The remaining components for the Goals and Objectives section present a general description of the project along with any general or technical constraints and/or considerations.
