1. Project must include at least 15 distinct tasks/work packages.
2. Project must have at least one summary task that contains at least two of the work packages. Those two work packages count toward your 15, but we just want to verify that you remember the rules of task relationships (Hint: Never make a relationship with a summary task, it gets ugly. Task to task only.)
3. List all tasks.
4. Give all tasks a duration.
5. Make an accurate list of predecessors (Hint: Don't manually schedule tasks that have a predecessor, schedule them according to their predecessor relationship - i.e. link them. Manual scheduling = bad grade.)
6. Identify the critical path (MS Project will help you do this automatically).
7. When you submit the assignment, tell me the minimum duration of the project based on the critical path.
If at all possible to do this in MS Project or MS Excel and take a screenshot and send it back to me.
