Assignment:

The final report must be 1000 words minimum. Please be creative in the creation of the final paper. Please demonstrate your understanding of Project Management terminology and theories. The exact format of and application used for the final report is at the discretion of the student but the report must address the following:

Project Closure:

· Brief description of project closure and what value you think proper closure adds to a project.

· Identify what your project objectives and goals were and whether or not those were met. If something was not met, discuss why.

· Identify your intended project scope and deliverables were. Discuss any changes to the scope baseline and how those changes positively or negatively impacted the project.

· Identify what your intended project benefits were and whether or not the benefits were achieved. Also, highlight any unintended consequences (negative impacts) that occurred during execution of the project.

· Compare project baseline schedule to final project schedule and point out any variations from that original plan. Provide reasons for variations, actions taken along the way to address/mitigate variations and whether or not those actions were effective. Discuss variances in relation to project priorities.

· Compare your planned cost against the actual cost from Update cycle

3. Provide reasons for variations, actions taken along the way to address/mitigate variations and whether or not those actions were effective. Discuss variances in relation to project priorities.

· Discuss your top risks (from Risk plan) and whether or not those risks occurred. If so, did contingency plans work?
