Project Management Course: I have never built one of these and need all the help i can get, i am unsure of how or where to start, and what the finished product is suppose to look like, even a sample problem would be of help.
1) Draw a risk severity matrix for Birthday Cake Baking (identify at least 4 activities needed to bake a birthday cake)
2) Build an FMEA to identify problem areas to be addressed in Birthday Cake Baking
-Identify process step(s) to analyze
-Rate severity, occurrence, detection
- Determine RPN
