Considering the information in the previous writing assignment involving XYC Fine Foods change initiative (new automated system), I need some ideas on creating two parts of a change management plan. The Change Management plan is divided into two sections (enterprise framework and the project framework. The enterprise framework allows me as the consultant and the client to detail general information about the organization. This big picture analysis must include areas I will not address as part of the software implementation change management initiative. The Project Framework allows me to articulate the current state of the organization, the desired future state, the business case for the needed change, any foreseeable obstacles, and the change management strategy.
