Project - Project is production of linear alkyl benzene sulfonate for detergent industry.

You need to do aspen simulation to get energy and mass balance of complete process which includes -

1. Sulfur melting

2. So2 generation

3. So3 generation

4. Reaction of so3 and Linear alkyl benzene in falling film reactor etc.

First of all use the book which i have provided you for reference ,it has answer of your most pf the questions which you  will require.

1. Complete mass and energy balance of the process. Which includes

1. Sulfur melting unit

2. So2 generation unit

3. So3 generation unit

4. Air dehydration unit

5. Generation of linear alkyl sulfonates

Aim is to produce 5000kg/hr linear alkyl benzene sulfonate with 98%active detergents.

6. Use of xtra heat generated from sulfur unit, so2 unit, so3 unit, falling film unit, neutralisation unit to reuse in either silfur melting or in air dehydration unit,aim is to use energy efficiently in the plant.

7. All the necessary graphs and excel sheets of the process for example conversion, interface temp profile, bulk temp profile ,liquid temp profile in falling film reactor with respect to length, you can re check with the graph provided in the book.

8. I also would be needing all the formulas and assumptions you have made while doing these simulation.

9. All the heat graph (temp profile) and conversion graph of all the unit.

And suggestion summary with proof to make this process more efficient.
