Assignment Problem: The production of sperm and the production of ova are similar in that they both go through a two-step process consisting of a creation period followed later by a maturation period. Using the boxes below, compare the processes of creation and maturation in the male versus female reproductive systems, describing and using diagrams to illustrate what occurs within each. Also, as you should be aware, the female Uterine (Menstrual) Cycle also coincides with the Ovarian Cycle. Compare these using the chart below as well.
