You have been a member of an IS management team that was asked to create a vision for your company. Create and name an imaginary
company and discuss what you and your team did to produce the company's vision. What vision did your team create? How did your team decide to go about selling your vision to others?
Areas to address might include:
1) Who was on your team (e.g., visionaries, insiders, outsiders, CIO)?
2) How did the makeup of your team impact the development process?
3) What areas did your team explore? For example, did you look at trends or scout the future looking for discontinuities?
4) What ideas did your team offer concerning possible shifts that could impart significant changes within the company?
This should only require one or two pages to convey.
