Create a Network Diagram, Project schedule, and resource list for New Toy Story 4th Movie launch.
Construct a Network Diagram for your project. Simplify if necessary. Do the forward and backward passes, compute the slack, and identify the critical path. (you may use any software such as Word, Excel to do this, or you may do it by hand, but not MS Project yet)
(MSP) Produce the Project Schedule (Gantt Chart) by putting the activities and the network for your project into MS Project. Print the Gantt Chart (including the task list). Identify the Critical Path. Analyze the network.
(MSP) Develop staffing resources for your project —e.g., add some people to each task and re-schedule to a shorter development cycle. Analyze what happens to the project. Produce the Resource Sheet report, the Resource Overview report, the Task Sheet report, and other reports as appropriate (e.g. Levelling Gantt report, Tracking Gantt report).
