Project Scenario:

Leadership has been described as “a process of social influence in which a person can enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of a common task”. For example, some understand a leader simply as somebody whom people follow, or as somebody who guides or directs others,[citation needed] while others define leadership as “organizing a group of people to achieve a common goal”.

Studies of leadership have produced theories involving traits, situational interaction, function, behavior, power, vision and values, charisma, and intelligence, among others.

To be successful in this project you will need to:

– Undertake a variety of the activities to complete the project.

– These will include brainstorming and discussions.

– You are required to use different search methods to find the information you need, such as: online research, paper-based research, observation, interviews, and if possible talk to related industry people.

– Select relevant organization who apply the HRM best practice, related cases from your research.

– The cases used for analysis should be serious/sufficient/big enough that provides opportunity for a detailed analysis to be made.

– Work as a team and individually

– Apply your current knowledge and skills as well as learn new skills and information.

– Assess your personal development throughout this semester.

– Attach a copy of the case from your research

Project Scenario:

Develop and apply the leadership strategy in improving the productivity in your organization:

Section 1 a poor productivity and morality in your organization:

1. The existing performance in your organization

2. SWOT analysis of current leadership and management strategy in your organization.

3. Your opinion in developing or enhancing the leadership style and increasing the productivity in your Organization

Your report should cover the details for each of the leadership and Management Strategy such as:

• What is the benefit of Leadership strategy toward any organization with example?

• Write a summary in how to apply the right leadership style in order to enhance your staff motivation and morality.

• Write your personal opinion about the leadership strategy.

Section 2: The different leadership style in the world

• The world is full of different leadership and management style which is being used in different organization and different sectors each country and each of group of people been involved in different leadership style which you can guide and control the people in increase their productivity many studies and many article been written about different types of leadership and management style in all of the world.
