You are Managing Director of Sincerity Co. Ltd.  Which is situated in Mauritius, your company is involved in the manufacturing of technological products sold locally and some are exported in another African markets. Your business had been profitable during its early years of operations until some years back when problems started to crop up.  Sincerity Co. Ltd is now facing lots of challenges and changes from its external environment ranging from technological breakthrough, change in production methods, increase in competition due to globalization and change in economic situation in its targeted markets not forgetting the dismantling of quotas and trade preferences. All these require a review of the strategy and the way that Sincerity Co. Ltd operates. A new perspective require to be established which requires a new culture, change and innovation.
