The purpose of this study is to highlight the problems that main hospital in the Dallas-Fort Worth area is facing due to the rapid growth of the population in this region. In spite of the fact that a greater number of people required medical attention, the hospital did not make as much money as it could have. A major problem in the hospital is the lack of enough staff and facilities. As a result, people work too hard, do not cooperate fairly, and do not meet the patient's needs as they must, resulting in inadequate care for the patient. Patients are then prone to leave negative reviews on the hospital's website, which severely impacts the public's perception of the hospital. By applying ideas about connecting work to a broader purpose, this study identifies how these problems can be solved. Improving processes is also carried out using the Lean Six Sigma methodology. According to expert articles, employee satisfaction is directly related to the quality of their work. An employee's happiness is associated with a better patient experience, leading to a happier workplace. High-quality care can also be achieved by providing employees with suitable working spaces. As the population of the Dallas-Fort Worth area continues to grow, finding ways to raise the level of satisfaction among the patients and improve the working conditions for organizations is crucial.
