Problem statements help to further define the nature of a problem/issue, as well as provide the rationale for why a particular problem was chosen. In this Application Assignment, you will write a problem statement for the problem/issue you selected.
To prepare:
Review the "Problem Statement Example" document, and "Leadership Styles Draft" component. I need help defining a problem statement, and tying it to psychology. I chose leadership styles (transformation and transactional) as my research topic; however, I'm coming up short in terms of establishing a relevant problem statement. I also need help explaining my rationale and any connecting theories to my topic.
Ultimately, I was my initial aim was to investigate the qualities necessary to make a good/effective leader.

In 1-2 pages double-spaced, respond to the following:
Write a problem statement for the problem/issue you have selected for your Capstone Project.
Support your Application Assignment with specific references to all resources used in its preparation. You are asked to provide a reference list only for those resources not included in the Learning Resources for this course.
