Problem: Kat is a foster care mother DCF in a child name Jeremiah currently 5 years but when he was first introduce to kat Jeremiah was 1.5 years old. He has a small brother name Jayjay that is 3 years old prior to Jeremiah coming in to kat home he was placed with Jayjay at their paternal grandparents. The grandparent returned Jeremiah because it was to much for them to handle to small children at the same time this is how Jeremiah comes in contact with Kat. The children became eligible for adoption they offered the paternal grandparents the option to adopt both children, but they declined.
