I wanted to let you know that I will be working with Readerlink soon, but I haven't yet received training for this service operation. Initially, I contacted Erin Duram when it was first launched, hoping to learn as thoroughly as I have with other service operations. Unfortunately, I couldn't obtain the training I requested back then because there were limited representatives available for the two-week field training that was recommended. Considering my education in psychology, I am certain of my ability to succeed in this task, and I am excited to enhance my skills further. I would also be open to taking on roles at different locations if that would assist in my training.
