Problem related to analytical psychology

Problem: Carl Jung was a Swiss psychiatrist and close protégé of Sigmund Freud, known for his analytical psychology, which divides the human psyche into three levels: the ego (our conscious awareness), the personal unconscious (our own stored memories), and the collective unconscious. Jung proposed that beyond a person's own narrative, there exists a collective unconscious shared by all humans, defined by universal symbols and archetypes. These archetypes represent primordial images and patterns that shape the person we become. Jung thought a person could attain self-actualization by integrating the conscious and unconscious aspects of the "self" (he called this process individuation). Explain how to write this but relate it to the shadow to use for my personality toolkit. Need Assignment Help?
